Can demised property be acquired abroad?

Demised property can be acquired abroad; the future lessee becomes the importer of the demised property, IMPULS-LEASING Slovakia will purchase the demised property from the lessee and refinance it back via leasing. In case of motor vehicles, the vehicle must be already registered with the road traffic inspectorate and corresponding customs duties related thereto paid; only then we can refinance it. Applications are assessed individually by company management.

Who is the car owner once the leasing contract concludes?

IMPULS-LEASING Slovakia is the owner of the demised property (car) after leasing contract conclusion and once the lessee is entered in the Certificate of Registration as the demised property holder. The leasing lessee becomes the owner of the demised property only upon regular leasing termination with the right to pre-emption.
