Benefits of real estate leasing financing:

  • allow you to depreciate property more quickly than with cash acquisition via a loan or through a form of instalment sale (Article 26, par. 8 Income Tax Act No. 595/2003 Coll.), i.e. in case of real estates, the depreciation period can be schortened from 20 to 12 years;
  • transfer of title to real estate at the start of the lease is not tax liable, even in case of regular contract leasing termination;
  • you need not to invest any of our own funds in the project, the price for your land can be included in the first increase instalment (advance payment);
  • if you decide for real estate insurance via our compnay, the premium payment will be included in the leasing instalment.
